Jillian Bullock is an award-winning filmmaker, vegan athlete, cancer survivor, domestic violence advocate, transformation speaker, and resilience-driven thought leader. She is on a mission to help people live full, productive, and healthy lives—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
After battling lung cancer from 2024-2025, Jillian committed to a holistic, plant-based nutrition and lifestyle transformation that not only helped her overcome cancer, but also eliminate cancer-related fatigue. By completely revamping her lifestyle—removing alcohol, sodas, sugar, processed and fried foods—she didn’t just reclaim her health. She forged a new identity: a warrior, a survivor.

"Life will knock you to your knees. You have a choice, lie down and quit, or stand up and fight."
- Jillian Bullock
Award-winning filmmaker Jillian Bullock, who is 64, is currently training in boxing for her upcoming film Rebirth, which she is directing, producing, and starring in as the lead actress.
With a lifelong background in martial arts and fitness, Jillian, who battled lung cancer last year, is preparing to get into true “fight shape” for a powerful story that confronts domestic violence through the lens of resilience, strength, and transformation. Her journey is not only about preparing for a physically demanding role, but about challenging deeply ingrained myths surrounding aging, illness, and limitation.
Now cancer free, Jillian has emerged with a renewed mission: to show people, and society, that it is never too late to reclaim mental and physical wellness, pursue bold creative visions, and step fully into one’s power. Through her lived example, she is inspiring others, especially those over 50, to redefine their relationship with age, health, and possibility.
